Common Questions

  1. How do I rent the boat?

It’s not hard at all. First step is to review all the information here. You are always welcome to call and get the answers to any questions you have. The rental process is relatively easy. We gather some contact information from you and collect the rental fee to lock in the rental date and you are set. Just show up at the time agreed upon, and a full review in person will be done with the boat to ensure you are good to go!

  2. What all is required to rent the boat?

It’s pretty easy. A valid driver’s license and the rental fee/deposit are the basics. You must also be over 21 and legally able to sign the rental agreement. Furthermore, it is required that you have experience with boats and be able and confident in your ability to tow and launch the boat if you elect to tow it yourself.

  3. The boat has jet engines? What is different about this?

Basically, it handles like a very high powered jet-ski. For those who have experience with prop type boats, you will love how it handles. Not only does it have a great deal of power, but the jets allow it to turn very sharply. The wake is great for pulling tubes and wakeboards behind as well.

  4. I don’t have a truck to tow it, can you delivery the boat on the day of the rental?

Yes, towing/delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Launching is included with the delivery quote to make this option incredibly convenient.

  5. What lakes can I take the boat to?

The boat is located just miles from Joe Pool Lake in Grand Prairie. However, the boat is able to be taken to any lakes in the greater DFW area. Special arrangements can also be made to take the boat to lakes outside of Dallas/Fort Worth, such as Tyler, TX or Waco, TX. Call to discuss if you are interested in taking the boat further than the typical coverage area.

  6. What is the deposit for? When do I get my deposit back?

The deposit is to cover any minor damages or fees in the case the boat is not brought back in the same condition. A checklist is reviewed with the client on every rental to ensure any damage is noted and both parties are on the same page. Most clients typically bring cash which is returned after the boat is returned.

  7. Can I see a copy of the rental agreement before the day of the rental?

Of course, the rental agreement can be found at this link: Rental Agreement

  8. Are there any ‘water toys’ I can rent as well?

Yes! As an added bonus, on full day rentals or longer rentals, a two-person tube is included at no additional cost. For the 4-hour block, the two-person tube can be rented for an additional $25. Ropes for both tubes and wakeboard/skis are included. Currently wakeboards or skis are not available for rent. There is a 12V plug on the boat which you may bring an electric pump to making the inflating/deflating process quicker.

  9. I’m ready to reserve the boat, what do I do now?

We make it very easy. Just call, text or e-mail. We’ll answer any questions you may have and confirm availability on your rental date. After we make sure you have all the information you need, you will receive an electronic invoice for the rental fee, which will lock in your reservation date once paid. Pretty quick and painless if you don’t have any additional questions, we just collect your first and last name, contact number, and e-mail address.
